ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to availability and payment approval.

M.H.M. reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment concerns, or misuse of our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping timeframe is 10–14 business days.

For M.H.M., business days are Monday–Thursday only. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are excluded.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Eligible order issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Customers should contact M.H.M. directly before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is filed, M.H.M. may provide the payment provider with relevant transaction records, including order confirmations, customer communications, policies, tracking information, delivery records, and proof of fulfillment.

Fraudulent, false, or misleading disputes may be formally contested.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, M.H.M. is not responsible for indirect losses, carrier delays, delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

POLICY CHANGES

M.H.M. may update these Terms of Service or related policies when necessary.

The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
